Common questions about pricing

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
An active project is any transaction workspace that is currently open and in progress. Closed or archived deals do not count against your limit, so you can maintain a full historical record of every transaction you've ever run through the platform.
DocuSign e-signature is included at no additional charge through June 30th. After that date, standard DocuSign usage fees may apply depending on your signature volume. We'll provide clear advance notice before this changes — and we're actively working on pricing options that keep e-signature accessible at every tier.
Yes — on Professional and Premium plans, all team members must share the same email domain. This is a standard safeguard to ensure that workspace access is limited to members of your organization. Enterprise plans can accommodate organizations with custom domain requirements.
Annual pricing options are coming. Early Access members who remain on the platform will be among the first to hear about annual plan rates when they launch. In the meantime, all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced via ACH or wire transfer. Contact us for specific billing arrangements if needed.
